About Me:
Patrick Forkin joined Baum Realty Group as Vice President in August 2014. Prior to Baum, Patrick was an investment sales broker with Mid-America Real Estate Group. Since 2008, Patrick has been involved in over 130 completed transactions valued at more than $1.2 billion. In 2012, Patrick shifted his focus to net leased investment sales. Since that time, Patrick and his net lease team completed 67 transactions totaling over $150 million.
Recent transactions Patrick has completed include Walgreens, Vitamin Shoppe, Chase Bank, Mattress Firm, Family Dollar, Kwik Trip and Midwest Title Loans.
Patrick graduated with honors from the University of Missouri, earning his bachelor’s degree with a triple emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, and Economics. He also interned with Jardine Lloyd Thompson in Dublin, Ireland. Patrick is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Missouri, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago. In his free time, Patrick enjoys playing hockey, tennis, golf and spending time with his family and friends.
