Natvar Nana serves as a Senior Advisor for SVN Florida with specialty in Hotel & Land Brokerage. Natvar served for 4
years as Hotel Co Council at SVN.
Natvar is South African, he began his career in retailing and later joined a luggage manufacturing company who
operated factory retail stores. His real estate practice started as a site selector, lease negotiations, property acquisition
and negotiations of contracts for improvements and new constructions.
In 1987, he opened his own Real Estate Brokerage office. Initially, the firms focus was residential sales, followed by home
and commercial brokerage and construction.
Natvar immigrated to the United States in 1990. For over 20 years, Natvar has concentrated on Hotel and Land
Brokerage and Land Developments for his own companies.
Natvar is a Advisor with a vast knowledge and experience in all facets of counseling in hotel and land transactions
which involves contracting, franchises, Hotel PIP's, operations and due diligence knowledge for hotels & land
acquisitions and developments.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Natvar served as Hotel and Land Advisor at International Motel Brokers who later
merged with Signature Realty & Development in Orlando Florida.
He remains active in the industry via his affiliation to various organizations, participates in hotel trade shows and he has
attended numerous real estate and hotel training programs.
Natvar has strong ties to a diverse community of national and international contacts. He is well known within the
communities of hotel owner, hotel brokers, lenders, mortgage brokers, hotel franchise companies. legal firms, appraisers
and many more associated service providers who are required to consummate a smooth transaction.
